Baptism
Baptism is the sacrament of membership in the Christian church.
St Thomas baptizes infants and adults, and those seeking baptism should talk to the Rector.
Baptism preparation is given by the clergy of St Thomas. In order to make preparing for baptism easier for young families, it is our custom to offer baptism preparation for infants within your own home.
There are several special holy days for Baptism in the Church Year at which infants may be baptized. Adults seeking baptism are baptized by the Bishop during the Episcopal Visitation.
