Children's and youth programs

We are delighted to welcome Merideth Walsh as our new Sunday School Coordinator and Teacher. Merideth brings a wealth of experience to St Thomas as both a High School Teacher and a mother. Sunday School is found in the lower level of the church, starting at the same time as the 10am service. For more information about Sunday School please telephone Merideth at extension 107.

Adult programs

Second Sunday Forum (Contact: Herb Sprouse)
The lay-initiated programs in this series explore a wide range of topics through the use of a variety of media and speakers. We meet at 11:45 in the choir room, typically on the Second Sunday the month.

Education for Ministry (EFM) (Contact: Judith Esmay)
EFM is a program of study, prayer, and reflection designed to prepare laypersons for their personal ministries in the world and in the church. EFM students meet weekly in small group seminars under the guidance of a trained mentor. The four year course of study, designed by the School of Theology at the University of the South (EFM page) encompasses Old and New Testament studies, church history, theology, and liturgy. St. Thomas has been active in EFM since 1993, and currently has three separate groups.
