Outreach giving
Each year St. Thomas distributes a portion of all pledged income to organizations that help us by doing the work God asks us to do in the world.

| Episcopal Hospital Chaplaincy (DHMC) | To offer spiritual solace to Episcopal hospital patients at Dartmouth-Hitchcock Medical Center |
| Family Place | To support the positive growth and development of all parents by offering services that encourage families to build upon their strengths |
| Good Neighbor Health Center | To offer accessible, primary medical care to all those in the Upper Valley who are in need, but who are without the means to pay |
| Grafton Senior Citizens | To make sure that older adults in our community have access to programs and services that support and enhance their health, well being, dignity and independence |
| Hannah House | To support pregnant and parenting youth in developing independence and making healthy parenting choices, thereby promoting the well-being of themselves and their children |
| Headrest | To assist those who are addicted, in crisis or without support by developing, maintaining and delivering effective programs |
| Hospice | To support the patient and the family; to address the physical, psychosocial, emotional, spiritual, and financial concerns aroound terminal illness; and to help the patient live fully through the last days of life |
| Listen Community Dinners | To provide a hot meal for anyone needing one |
| Listen Heating Helpers | To pay toward heating costs in crisis situations |
| Listen Housing Helpers | To provide a zero interest loan for security deposit or one month rent/mortage payment |
| Northwoods Lunch Program | To offer one summer week of nutritious lunches for at risk children at Northwoods Housing complex |
| Twin Pines Housing Trust | To provide perpetually affordable housing |
| United Valley Interfaith Project | To come together, as a federation of faith communities, to work for the common good of our region by deepening ties between congregations, developing the leadership gifts of congregation members and tackling issues which cause poverty and suffering. |
| Upper Valley Habitat for Humanity | To provide simple, decent, affordable home ownership for all of God's people around the world. Locally, to eliminate substandard housing and homelessness in our community. |
| Upper Valley Haven | To offer emergency shelter for families, a food shelf, clothing room, and educational programming to those struggling to meet their basic needs |
| Upper Valley Hostel | To provide home-like overnight accommodations for adults receiving out-patient treatment at our area medical centers and for family members of hospitalized patients |
| Upper Valley Wood Fuel Bank | To provide "crisis" firewood fuel assistance to needy families in the Upper Valley region |
| West Central Mental Health - Paddle Power | To host a fund raising, awareness raising event designed to help prevent the tragedy of suicide |
| Willing Hands Enterprises | To recover and distribute excess and discarded produce, bread and other foods to key needy recipient locations throughout the Upper Connecticut River Valley Region |
| WISE | To empower victims of domestic and sexual violence to become safe and self-reliant through crisis intervention and support services. To advance social justice through community education, training and public policy. |
