Good Neighbor Health Clinic meals
Provide dinners to volunteer medical staff and volunteers
When: first Monday of every month
Co-coordinators: Nancy King and Joyce Nagle
- The Good Neighbor Health Clinic (GNHC) provides free medical care
to Upper Valley residents who have no health insurance. The main
clinic in White River Junction is staffed by volunteers MWF from 5:30
until the last patient leaves.
- Since volunteers typically come straight from their jobs and then work until late evening, GNHC provides a meal.
- St. Thomas provides the meal on the first Monday of every month to feed 8-10 people.
- Volunteer teams or families from the congregation choose the menu
(preferably vegetarian) and deliver to the Clinic on the day of the
meal.
